Are you in Business Limbo?

Sometimes in business we get stuck in limbo… Usually once we’ve ticked off some of those huge to dos, maybe after a set back or even a change of heart. And that’s completely normal… I’m in limbo right now! It’s all well and good buying a new house and car, but then what? Personally, I’m highly motivated by goal setting and working my butt off towards those goals. There is no greater feeling than messaging your business coach and saying “Challenge completed” 🤪🙈 I was listening to the Diary of a CEO podcast in the week and Steven was interviewing Derren Brown. Whilst talking about goal setting and adversity Derren summed up what I deem to be this feeling of limbo perfectly. He said… “The arrival at the end of the journey might just be taking a coat off and putting your bag down, it’s not necessarily the destination” Which leads me to my next point. My bag has been down for months now, my journey stopped. Ivy Wood went through huge changes in a short space of time… No more office, no more staff! And that took some time to adjust to, which I did and all is amazing! But it’s time to bring in a new focus, a new challenge, new business goals. So, if you’re in a place of feeling stuck right now and not sure what direction it is you are heading, where your next destination is. I want you to think about your personal life and business and ask yourself the following questions to help determine your future vision 🤔 🎯 Where do you want to be in the next 3 months? 🎯 Where do you want to be in the next 6 months? 🎯 Where do you want to be in the next 12 months? Once you’ve got clarity on your short term vision and goals, long term will soon follow. And slowly but surely, you’ll start to see movement in your business once again 🫶🏼
