Terms & Conditions

Service: Profit & Paperwork (Monthly Membership)

1. Overview

These terms and conditions apply to your membership of Profit & Paperwork, operated by IJS Accountancy Limited t/a Ivy Wood.

By signing up, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Membership & Access

Your membership provides access to:

• Monthly Money & Metrics co-working sessions
• Monthly financial training (masterclasses)
• Access to the member portal and resources

Access is for your personal business use only and must not be shared with others.

3. Payment Terms

Membership is available on the following basis:

• £25 per month (monthly subscription)
• £250 per year (annual subscription)

Payments are taken in advance and will renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

Monthly Membership

• Payments are taken monthly on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time by emailing iona@ivywood.online
• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period

Annual Membership

• Payment is taken upfront for 12 months
• Membership will renew annually unless cancelled before renewal
• Annual payments are non-refundable once the term has started

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and access to live sessions:

• No refunds are provided for monthly payments already taken
• Annual memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted

6. Sessions & Recordings

Money & Metrics Sessions

• Delivered live
• Not recorded
• Designed as interactive co-working sessions

Money Masterclasses

• Delivered live
• Recorded and uploaded to the portal
• Available for replay by members

7. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Use the club for your own business only
• Attend sessions prepared to participate
• Be respectful within the community
• Take responsibility for your own bookkeeping and financial decisions

8. No Financial or Tax Advice

Profit & Paperwork Club provides:

• general bookkeeping guidance
• financial education
• support and structure

It does not provide personalised accounting or tax advice.

You remain responsible for:

• your bookkeeping records
• tax filings and submissions
• financial decisions made in your business

If you require specific advice, this must be arranged separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

IJS Accountancy Limited t/a Ivy Wood shall not be held liable for:

• any financial loss
• business decisions made based on the content
• errors in your bookkeeping or records

All information provided is for general guidance only.

10. Changes to Membership

We reserve the right to:

• update or improve the membership content
• adjust session formats or delivery
• update pricing for new members

Existing members will retain their agreed pricing unless otherwise notified.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

• these terms are breached
• behaviour within the community is inappropriate

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
